Delivery and Returns
Standard UK Delivery is Free
Passion for Perfume provides free standard delivery to addresses in the UK
Passion For Perfume understands our customers concerns in regards to efficient delivery and receipt of the product(s). We will endeavour to dispatch your item within 2 days. We use Royal Mail Delivery Service for all of our dispatches.
If you require your purchase for a special occassion or present we recommend selecting Special Delivery Service
Special Delivery Service UK costs £5.50 per order
- 48 hour guaranteed delivery, for deliveries with a UK address
- Orders must be received before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday to ensure delivery within 48 hours
- With this option all UK orders are fully tracked and insured up to £500
- You are required to sign for each delivery — If no-one is present at the delivery address, the item will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office for collection. A postcard will be posted to inform you of this.
- If you do not collect your delivery within 7 days the item is returned to us and you will be liable for cost of re-delivery.
Tracked EU Delivery (outside of the UK) costs £5.50 per order
- Please choose this option if your delivery address is in the EU
- With this option your order is not guaranteed to be delivered at a certain time but it is fully tracked and insured up to £500
- The cost of postage is substantially more for us if your order exceeds 2kg. We will contact you with a delivery cost (and an option to cancel the order if the postage cost are not agreeable)
Outside EU Delivery costs £6.95 per order
- Pleae choose this option if your delivery address is outside of the EU memeber state
- With this option your order is not guaranteed to be delivered at a certain time but is fully tracked and insured up to £500
- The costs of postage is substantially more for us if your order exceeds 2kg. We will contact you with a delivery cost (and an option to cancel the order if the postage costs are not agreeable)
Customs and Import Duties
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is your responsibility. Note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Returns
Unwanted Goods
- You have the right to return your goods within 28 days of the purchase date
- If unwanted goods are returned only the product value will be refunded and not the postage costs
Faulty and Damaged Goods
- Products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged after receipt and are returned with the 28 days
- Postage costs will be refunded
- Returned goods should be sent by 1st class post as we do not cover the cost for Special Delivery or Couriers
- Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim
- Faulty goods returned after 28 days may only qualify for a part refund, depending on the amount used
- Faulty goods returned after 6 months will not receive a refund
Incorrectly Delivered Goods
- In the rare event that you receive the incorrect product, we will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect product, dispatch the correct product and refund the return postage cost.
- If you require a fast redelivery, we will charge you for the 2nd delivery and refund the 1st delivery and return postage on receipt of the returned goods
